Called him to clean our gutters, he upsold us for cleaning the roof which is fine, we agreed. Here are why you should not use him: 1. DID NOT DO THE JOB: He cleaned the roof and never cleaned the gutters which is the actual job we hired him for. All the debris from the roof cleaning clogged the gutters and after the first rain 1-2 weeks after the cleaning the gutters worked worse than before. Never seen him got on the ladder so now I understand how he got the job done: he didn’t. When we contacted him, he told us to replace the gutters, which leads to the second reason 2. ILL ADVISE: Not only he didn’t do the job, he recommended us to spend money replacing the gutters that work just fine because he clogged it. My husband got a ladder climbed up and snake the gutter with a hose, all the debris came out. Simple step but he didn’t do what he was hired to do and even recommend us to spend money on the wrong thing 3. KILL MY TREES AND PLANTS: He used harsh chemicals and did not clean up, his bleach killed both of my fruitful passion fruits trees and mature orange tree. We are devastated at this point. We contacted him politely and gave him a chance to correct it a few times but he just either dismiss or not respond at all at this time. So we have to warn you about this, don’t make the mistake like we did to hire him.
